Rotary Clubs of Arden Arcade, Elk Grove and Marysville
Wonderful things happen when Rotary Clubs come together and do joint projects. That's what happened with the Rotary Clubs of Arden Arcade, Elk Grove and Marysville worked together to find just the right parks in which to place AEDs within their local communities.
What is an AED??
AED - Automated External Defibrillator (AED) is a lightweight, portable device that can save lives when help may not be able to arrive in time. The device delivers an electric shock through the chest to the heart when it detects an abnormal rhythm and changes the rhythm back to normal. Wonderful!!
