In order for Lincoln Rotary club to grow we must recruit new members, and retain our current members. The rate of growth in the Lincoln has been extremely high in the past 5 years. The club membership needs to reflect the growth of the surrounding community.

Our membership committee, headed by Claudio Serafini has been doing an exceptional job for the past several years.  Truman Rich and his committee will be taking over this year and will follow in the path already set.  Our goal is to get 1 or 2 new members monthly.  Our club has seen many months with the induction of new members.

Correspondingly, we are also working to retain our members, by offering stimulating talks and exciting service projects that reflect the needs of the community and the interests of the members.
